Mutton Keema Roll Recipe

The mutton keema roll recipe is a very easy recipe that is perfect for a tiffin box. Making this dish is so easy and tastes so delicious.

  • Firstly, place flour, salt, and oil in a mixing bowl, and mix well and knead a soft dough, and keep aside.
  • Then heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté cumin seed, onion, garlic-ginger paste, and green peas for a few min.
  • Then add keema of mutton, salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili powder, cumin powder, Garam Masala, meat masala powder, tomato rings, and coriander leaves add.
  • After then cook for 15-20 minutes until the mince is cooked through and all water dries up.
  • Now make round paratha's from the dough. Then stuff with mince mixture. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and shape it into rolls. Then apply some slurry on the edges and roll edges.
  • Heat oil for deep fry in a kadhai. Put the mutton rolls in hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp.
  • Finally, drain on absorbent paper. Delicious Crispy mutton keema Rolls are ready to serve. serve hot with tomato ketchup.
