They are frauding customers in a major way. i ordered twice and each time the quantities and items ordered did not match. For example , in my most recent order, i ordered 8 butter paneers and 1 amritsari chole. but they gave me one kashmiri mirch. Despite several reminders , they simply did not respond. Since, this has happened multiple times, i have no option, but to report them for fraudulent activities
I ordered 2 amritsari chole packs and only one arrived. i sent several emails to [****] , but none was answered. i refuse to do business with a company who cares abolutely nothing about after sales support
