1. Heat oil/ghee in a pressure cooker.
2. Let cumin splutter.
3. Caramelize chopped onions and green chilies.
4. Add ginger paste.
5. Sauté until the ginger paste disappears.
6. Add mixed vegetables and chopped mint.
7. Add 1 tbsp of Alcoeats Pulao Masala.
8. Sauté until mint aroma is released.
9. Add water and bring the water to a boil.
10. Add the rice to the cooker.
11. Add salt as per your taste.
12. Cook until the rice is fluffy. May be 2-3 whistles.
13. Mix the contents of the pot.
