KING PRAWN MASALA CURRY

Indian food is one of the most-ordered cuisines across the world since they are flavorful and rich in spices. Also, some of their foods are extra-spicy which many find insanely delicious.

If you are familiar with Indian non-vegetarian cuisines, there are various types of masalas used in them which includes beef, lamb, or chicken masala. Apart from these, prawn masala curry is also a crowd favorite because of its unique taste.

King Prawn Masala curry has its own unique versions across India going by various names and cooking styles like prawn tikka masala which is the prawn variant of the legendary chicken tikka masala. Then there’s the Jhinga Masala which is the North Indian term for “Prawns Masala”. Going South, there’s the prawn kolambi masala which is Tamil for prawn curry. Tamil Nadu also has the Chettinad Prawn Masala which is another sub-variant of Prawn Kolambi Masala. And for those who like fried dishes, you have the prawns masala fry and prawns tawa fry.
