What is the recipe for Egg Curry Masala?

The recipe for this creamy egg curry masala is quite simple yet delicious. 

  • Hard-boil 4 eggs.
  • If you don't want the boiled eggs to burst, pat them dry and prick the eggs with a clean fork.
  • Take a large pan and add 1/2 tbsp of oil. Add the boiled eggs to the pan and fry them till they are blistered. 
  • Keep the fried eggs aside.
  • Add 2 tbsp of oil to the same pan and add cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, and cloves to the pan. 
  • Add ginger- garlic paste, and two finely chopped medium-sized onions. Saute them together. 
  • Add tomato puree after the onions turn golden brown. Let it cook well. 
  • Pour the contents of Alco Flamin Egg Curry Gravy into a bowl and make a runny gravy.

  • Add 1.5 cups of water to the fried mix to make a thick gravy.
