- Hard-boil 4 eggs.
- If you don't want the boiled eggs to burst, pat them dry and prick the eggs with a clean fork.
- Take a large pan and add 1/2 tbsp of oil. Add the boiled eggs to the pan and fry them till they are blistered.
- Keep the fried eggs aside.
- Add 2 tbsp of oil to the same pan and add cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, and cloves to the pan.
