In most Indian households, the creamy chicken curry is inspired by butter chicken, a popular Indian-style curry dish. It will remind you of another equally popular dish: coconut curry chicken. When making a creamy/Tuscan chicken recipe, you can use either heavy cream or coconut milk. This recipe can also be modified to make cream of chicken soup, creamy Tuscan chicken, or cream of mushroom chicken.

Just like butter chicken, a Creamy Chicken curry dish starts off by caramelizing onions. This very important step adds the necessary sweetness that makes this dish so irresistible. After caramelizing the onions, garlic, Alcoeats garam masala, paprika, and salt are added and cooked until the mixture turns fragrant.

After that, the cream and tomatoes are added to the pan, and finally the chicken breast. The chicken is simmered until fully cooked. The end result will be a delicious curry dish that is not too spicy. This creamy chicken dish is creamy and savory with a hint of spices. Serve it with steamed rice and garnish it with cilantro and you have the perfect dinner! Enjoy!

Garam masala is a blend of delicious spices very commonly used in Indian cuisine. It is typically used in creamy chicken recipes and gives this dish its distinct curry taste. It’s also used while making creamy garlic chicken, creamy chicken noodle soup, mushroom chicken, and other curry dishes.
