Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |
Tofu | 350g |
Oil | 1 tbsp. |
Soy Sauce | 3 tbsp. |
Garlic - Ginger Paste | 1 tsp |
Green Onions | 1 small |
Fresh Chili Paste | 1-2 tbsp. |
Baby Spinach | 250g |
Toasted Sesame Seeds | 2 tbsp. |
ALCO Chaat Masala | 1 tsp. |

METHOD:

First Prepare for serving time brown rice, Cauliflower rice Soba or rice, noodles, Quinoa (totally; optional). You can skip these steps.

Then cut the tofu into cubes. Then drain the tofu. And to squeeze out excess moisture, wrap each cube in a paper towel and pat dry, pressing down on the tofu lightly.

Now in a large nonstick pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Then add the tofu, and drizzle with 1 tbsp soy sauce, stirring every minute or so until the tofu is nicely colored on all sides cooked off about 10-12 min.

Then tofu becomes brown. Then add the green onion, ginger- garlic paste, chili paste, and the remaining 2 tbsp soy sauce. cook until fragrant, about 2 min.

Then, add spinach and cook spinach well. Then stir in the sesame seeds. Stir in the sesame oil. Then remove from the heat.6. Then sprinkle the reserved green onions and chaat masala over the top. Then serve hot, with noodles, brown rice, or as you like.
