  • ¼ Tsp- Alco turmeric powder
  • 2 Tsp- Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Tsp- Salt
  • 2 Tsp- Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp- Kasuri Methi
  • ½ Cup- Curd

For Curry,

  • 2 Tsp- Cooking Oil
  • 2-4 - Butter cubes
  • 3-4 - Cloves 
  • 1-inch- Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Tsp- Alco garam masala
  • ¼ Tsp- Alco turmeric powder
  • 8 - Green cardamom
  • 3- Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Tsp- Alco red hot chili powder
  • 2 Tsp- Alco Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp- Alco Butter chicken gravy mix
  • 2 Cup- Of Water
  • 2- Black cardamom
  • 1 Tbsp- Heavy cream
  • To Taste- Salt
  • 2 Tbsp- Coriander leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  • Add cubed chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, Alco turmeric powder, red hot chili powder, and garam masala in a bowl.
  • Add oil, lemon juice, curd, salt, and kasuri methi to the bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • Let the chicken pieces marinate for about three to four hours for the perfect marination, or keep it longer.
  • Now, heat a pan, and add oil and butter.
  • Add cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, and black cardamom to the heated pan.
