- ½ Cup- Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 ½ Tsp- Alcoeats Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp- Alcoeats Turmeric
- 1 Tsp- Alcoeats Cumin Powder
- 1Tsp- Alcoeats Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp- Salt
For Creamy Sauce,
- 1 Tbsp- Cooking Oil
- 1 Tbsp- Butter
- 1- Large Onion(Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp- Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp- Cumin Seeds
- 1 ½ Tsp- Alcoeats Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp- Coriander Powder
- 2 Tbsp- Alcoeats Butter Chicken Gravy
- 1 Cup- Tomato Puree
- 2 Tsp- Alcoeats Red Hot Chili Powder
- ½ Cup- Heavy Whipped Cream
- 1 Tsp- Salt
- ½ Tsp- Kasoori Methi
INSTRUCTIONS
- For the marinade, combine chicken and all ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour (or even overnight, if possible).
- Heat oil in a sizable skillet or pot over medium-high heat until it is sizzling. Carefully place chicken pieces in the pan, two or three at a time to prevent overcrowding. Fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side, then set aside and keep warm; the cooking will be completed later in the sauce.
- Gently heat the butter in a saucepan, and sauté the onions for about six minutes until they become softened and start to produce their natural juices. While stirring, be sure to scrape up any of the residues that may have stuck to the bottom.
- After adding garlic-ginger paste, sauté for one minute until the aromas become present.
