EASY!! EGG CURRY RECIPE

You like to include meatless dishes in your weekly meal plans, then this egg curry is a delicious meal to include in your menu.
This delicious egg curry recipe from India features an exquisitely fragrant and flavorful sauce! Naturally meat-free, it’s one of India’s most popular and favorite curries!

    Ingredients

    Ingredients Quantity
    Boiled Eggs 4
    Oil 1 tbsp.
    Dried Red Chili Whole 2
    Onion 1 (chopped)
    Tomatoes 2 small (chopped)
    Cloves Garlic 2 (crushed)
    Ginger 1 tsp (finely grated)
    Water 1 ½ cups
    Turmeric Powder tsp
    Kashmiri Chili Powder 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    ALCO Flamin Egg Curry Gravy 50-100g
    Coriander Leaves garnish

    METHOD:

    1. First Boil eggs and cut eggs into halves.
    2. Then heat oil and add onion and red chili whole, sauté onions, until translucent, then add garlic, ginger. Then add tomatoes and sauté until soft.
    3. Then add spices turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili powder, and add Alco Flamin egg curry gravy powder, (it make the gravy thick and is super tasty ), and water.
    4. Then mix and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
    5. Then gently place the boiled egg halves into the gravy and simmer on low heat for 5-7 min.
    6. To serve, garnish with coriander leaves.
