  • 2 Tbsp- Smoked paprika
  • 1200 Gms- Chicken wings
  • 2 Tsp- Garlic powder
  • 2 Tsp- Onion powder
  • 1 Tsp- Alco red hot chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp- Brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp- Canola oil

For Making White Sauce,

  • 1 Cup- Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp- Lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp- Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ Cup- Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp- Horseradish
  • ½ Tsp- Kosher salt
  • ¼ Tsp- Cayenne pepper
  • ½ Tsp- Celery seed

Step by Step Instructions to Prepare

  • Add stout beer, lemon juice, water, kosher salt, zested lemon, and smoked paprika in a large bowl.
  • Now add the chicken wings, and toss to get mixed.
  • Cover the container using plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for four hours.
  • Add smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and Alco red hot chili powder.
  • Add salt and brown sugar to the bowl, and mix properly.
  • Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, salt, celery seeds, and cayenne pepper in a large glass bowl to make the white sauce.
  • Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
